  15. Discuss for approval a request from the Belle Plaine Museum to block the parking on the south side of 12th Street from 9th avenue to 10th avenue from 7 am to 4 pm on Saturday May 11 for a Vintage Machine Show.

  22. Consideration of a motion to enter into Closed Session (Roll Call Vote) – Iowa Code 21.5 concerning the purchase of property: 
    “ j. To discuss the purchase of particular real estate only
    where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase
    the price the governmental body would have to pay for that property.
    The minutes and the tape recording of a session closed under this
    paragraph shall be available for public examination when the
    transaction discussed is completed.”
  23. Motion to come out of closed session.
