Preschool story time will begin again in the fall.

Book Club is not meeting in June, so you can come to our other evening events!

Join us:

June 13, 5:30 p.m. – Mitch Malcom will be sharing about Belle Plaine history.

June 27, 5:30 p.m. – Don Drahos will be sharing more Belle Plaine history.

July 11, 5:30 p.m. – Author Linda McCann will be sharing about WWII POWs in Iowa

Join us for an afternoon or evening of oil pastel painting. Choose a session, July 19 at 1 p.m. or July 25 at 5:30 p.m.

These events are free and open to the public.

Summer Reading programs for kids: Sign-up goes though June 7. You can register online, at http://www.belleplaine.lib.ia.us or come to the library.

We will be having a used book sale August 1-13. I will begin accepting book donations for the sale after July 4. We do not take text books or encyclopedias.

The Bridges program, which allows you to download audio and ebooks from your own device, and magazines. You will need your library number to do this. Let us know if you have questions!
