Jeffrey Gerald Serum, Kalona, pleaded not guilty to second-degree theft. His trial will be Sept. 16.

Judge Chad A. Kepros presiding

June 14, 2019

Derek Lee Rocarek, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating without owner’s consent and driving while barred. He was sentenced to two years in prison on each count. The sentence was suspended and was placed on probation for two years. A fine of $625 was suspended on each count.

Jacob Taylor Maxfield Edinger, Watkins, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault. He was placed on probation for one year and assessed a civil penalty of $625.

Heather Lynn Kaiser, Van Horne, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 56 days suspended. She was fined $315.

Rodney Dwayne Summers, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. His trial will be Sept. 16.

Jane Ellen Osborn, Vinton, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. Her trial will be Aug. 12.

Jeremy Thomas Uterstaedt Clabby, Manchester, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. His trial will be Sept. 16.

Tristen Cole Stewart, Vinton, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. Her trial will be Sept. 16.

June 18, 2019

Ryan Paul Graham, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. His trial will be Sept. 16.

June 11, 2019

Hailey Marie Venenga, Vinton, pleaded not guilty to third-degree theft and forgery. Her trial will be Sept. 9.

Kain Michael Dietze, Van Horne, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. He was fined $20.

Michelle Lynn Brady, Vinton, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. She was fined $200.

Rick Willard Schlitter, Vinton, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $200.
