Derek Lee Rocarek, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating without owner’s consent and driving while barred. He was sentenced to two years in prison on each count. The sentence was suspended and was placed on probation for two years. A fine of $625 was suspended on each count.
Jacob Taylor Maxfield Edinger, Watkins, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault. He was placed on probation for one year and assessed a civil penalty of $625.
Heather Lynn Kaiser, Van Horne, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 56 days suspended. She was fined $315.
Rodney Dwayne Summers, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. His trial will be Sept. 16.
Jane Ellen Osborn, Vinton, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. Her trial will be Aug. 12.
