Keystone City Council has August meeting

CITY OF KEYSTONE COUNCIL PROCEEDING

August 1, 2019

The regular meeting of the Keystone City Council was held Thursday, August 1, 2019, at 6:00 pm. Members present: Behrens, Janss, Kaiser, Loy and Kruse. Absent: none. Also Present: Jamey Clemann, Keystone Fire Department and Dave Monson, City Superintendent. Mayor, Michael Seeck called the meeting to order.

Motion made by Kruse, second by Behrens to approve the July minutes. Motion carried. All voted aye.

Treasurer Report was tabled.

Motion made by Loy, second by Kruse to approve Ordinance 75 increase sewer rates (debt only). Motion carried. All voted aye.

Motion made by Kaiser, second by Janss to approve the Liquor License Renewal for the Keystone Mini Mart. Motion carried. All voted aye.

Motion made by Loy, second by Kaiser to approve the outdoor temporary service for the Keystone Turner Hall. Motion carried. All voted aye.

Motion made by Behrens, second by Loy to approve the bills as read. Motion carried. All voted aye.
