7. Discuss for possible approval the final payment to WRH, Inc. for the completion of the Ultraviolet Disinfection and Flow Equalization Basin Additions to the Water Pollution Control Facility at Belle Plaine, Iowa. (Ross Hillsman will be here to answer all questions.)

8. Discuss for approval the renewal of a Class B Native Wine Permit (WBN) for Timber Gate Gardens at 806 12^th Street, Belle Plaine, Iowa.

9. Discuss for approval the renewal of a Class E Liquor License (LE), Class B Wine Permit (Includes Native Wine), Class C Beer Permit (Carry out Beer) and Sunday Sales for Casey’s General Store #3513 at 606 13^th Street, Belle Plaine, Iowa.

10. Discuss Resolution #19-9-1: a resolution changing regular council meeting night to the first & third Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers in the Belle Plaine City Hall.
