4. Consideration of a motion to enter into Closed Session – Iowa Code 21.5 concerning interviews for the city administrator’s position.

Iowa Code 21.5 (1) (i) To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session.

5. Motion to come out of closed session.

6 Motion & proposal on the actions to be taken from closed session.
