CITY OF KEYSTONE COUNCIL PROCEEDING
October 3, 2019
The regular meeting of the Keystone City Council was held Thursday, October 3, 2019, at 6:00 pm. Members present: Behrens, Janss, Kaiser, Loy and Kruse. Absent: none. Also Present: Jamey Clemann, Keystone Fire Department and Dave Monson, City Superintendent. Mayor, Michael Seeck called the meeting to order.
Motion made by Kaiser, second by Kruse to approve the September minutes. Motion carried. All voted aye.
Motion made by Kruse, second by Janss to approve the September treasurer report. Motion carried. All voted aye.
Motion made by Kruse, second by Behrens to approve the bills as read. Motion carried. All voted aye.
