Van Horne Legion received proclamation on 100 years
State Rep. Thomas Gerhold presented a proclamation to the Van Horne Legion, noting the Legion’s 100th birthday. Holding the proclamation is Van Horne Commander Mike Kerkman. The meeting was at Tara Hills.
