Vinton – Rosemary Schwartz, Chair of the Benton County Democratic Central Committee has announced that the March 21 County Convention has been postponed due to the Covid 19 pandemic sweeping the country.

As soon as decisions are made on how to proceed, Chair Schwartz will informe the delegates and alternates elected at the caucuses on Feb. 3rd on the plan.

In addition, the March 17th Democratic Central Committee has been cancelled. There may be a need to have an emergency meeting before their April meeting.
