The Iowa State Patrol reports one person was killed in an accident, Thursday, Nov. 12, at 5:16 a.m. on the 1500 block of Highway 212 Boulevard in Iowa County.
The patrol states a 1991 Jeep Cherokee driven by Dylan Storm Weaver, 21, Belle Plaine, was eastbound on 212 Boulevard near FF Ave. The vehicle lost control and entered the south ditch. Weaver was wearing a seatbelt.
The accident remains under investigation by the Iowa State Patrol. The patrol was assisted at the scene by Victor QRS, Kloster Funeral Home and Iowa County Ambulance.
