Benton Community (18-10) picked up another WaMaC win with the 3-0 sweep of Center Point-Urbana (4-24) at Center Point on Tuesday, Oct. 5.

Grace Embretson had 22 assists for Benton. The Lady Bobcats were 29 of 97 for kills with 20 errors. Alyssa Tegeler had nine kills for Benton. Olivia Janss had 16 digs. With one block each were Emma Townsley, Addison Phillips, Tegeler and Embretson.

The team was 63 of 74 for serves with seven aces. Tegeler had three aces for Benton.

Benton hosts No. 12 Independence (19-8) Thursday, Oct. 7, at Van Horne. They travel to the CPU tournament Saturday, Oct. 9, at Center Point.
