Re: Danny Viall seeks variance on setbacks from lot lines of 101 11th Street. All paperwork from Mr. Viall is included.
6:05 pm – Call to order. Brooke Dahlquist, Leah Most, Jerry Blomme (Skeeter) present.
Mr. Viall showed the board where he would need the variance to be allowed to hove less of a setback for this property. He said that the porch on this building would be in alignment with the other porches on the street.
Board was happy to see an investment in Belle Plaine property. Motion to pass the variance was made by Leah Most, seconded by Jerry Blomme. Motion passed with a unanimous vote by all board members.
