COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

The regular meeting of the Keystone City Council was held Monday, June 5, 2023, at 6:00 pm. Roll Call members present: Hennings, Janss, Kaiser, and Monson. Absent: Selk. Also Present: Jamey Clemann, City Superintendent. Mayor Mark Andresen called the meeting to order.
Motion made by Janss, second by Kaiser to approve the May 2023 minutes. Motion carried. All voted aye.
Motion made by Monson, second by Hennings to approve the May 2023 treasurer report. Motion carried. All voted aye.
Motion made by Hennings, second by Janss to approve the cigarette permit for the Keystone Mini Mart. Motion carried. All voted aye.
Motion made by Janss, second by Hennings to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. All voted aye.
