7. Approve the following documents relating to the CDBG-DR Housing Grant and authorize the mayor to sign them; A-Developer Agreement, B-Mortgage Form; CPromissory Note; D-Assignment of Leases and Rents; E-Rental Covenants Form
8. Discuss and possible motion to rent the Annex Building to Bradford Companies.
9. Discuss proposed construction project for 10th Avenue culvert and possible motion to proceed with project.
10. Discuss for possible approval Resolution 23-09-01; a resolution approving usage of ARPA funds for culvert replacement on 10th Avenue.
11. Discuss for possible approval an engineering contract with Fehr Graham on proposed demolition project for the Herring Hotel.
12. Discuss for possible approval Resolution 23-09-02; a resolution approving usage of ARPA funds for a portion of the demolition project for the Herring Hotel.
13. Police Report – Chief Hudson: nuisance abatement updates& possible hiring bonus incentives.
14. Approve the appointment of Tylar Gallagher to the Belle Plaine Community Library Board of Trustees (due to the resignation of Greg Johnson) – term to expire July 2026.
15. Consideration of a motion to approve a 2023-2024 cigarette license for October through June for Family Dollar, 509 13th St, Belle Plaine.
16. Discuss for possible approval renewal of a Class E Liquor License, Class C Beer Permit, Class B Wine Permit with Sunday Sales for Caseys General Store, 606 13th St., Belle Plaine, Iowa.
