  5. Approval of the following consent agenda items: Note: All items listed under the consent agenda will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a request is made prior to the time the Council votes on the motion.
    a. Minutes From: December 11, 2023
    b. Bills List Totaling: $10,328.40
  6. Council Action
    a. Resolution 2023-001, adding the Chelsea Savings Bank to the approved depositories.
    b. Resolution 2023-002, Petty Cash Procedure.
    c. Resolution 2023-003, approving wage increases for full-time employees and part-time
    employees for previous increase in July 2023 and before 2012 – this is not an additional
    increase.
    d. Resolution 2023-004, Employee Handbook Item – Call out Pay – Hourly rate and “Rounds” should be added with 2.0 (double time) stated in this section for Sunday rounds, 1.5 (time and a half) for Saturday. Currently it is only located in Overtime – Circumstantial.
    e. Resolution 2023-005, Transfer of funds from RUT to Property Taxes
    f. Need a Council volunteer to assist Mayor, City Clerk, Librarian, and Maintenance Supervisor with updating the city job descriptions.
    g. Approval of lights for shop – 9 lights for approximately $80 a light after rebate.
    h. Approval of Junior Fire Fighter Jonathan Becker to the volunteer fire department.
    i. Parks Field Rental Policy
    j. Accept resignation of Rachelle Messner from Zoning Board of Adjustments
    k. Swearing in of 2024-2025 Council, Mayor, Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, Officers
