12. Discuss for possible approval renewal of a Class C Retail Alcohol License with Sunday Sales for Jennings Bradshaw American Legion Post #39, 1008 12th Street, Belle Plaine, Iowa.
13. Discuss for possible approval a utility credit of $376.20 at 902 7th Avenue due to a
    water softener stuck in cycle mode.
14. Discuss for possible approval a utility credit of $225.72 at 1707 8th Avenue due to a basement toilet leaking.

20. Consideration of a Motion to Enter into Closed Session to discuss selection of Ward 1 candidate for appointment – Iowa Code 21.5 (1) 1. A governmental body may hold a closed session only by affirmative public vote of either two-thirds of the members of the body or all of the members present at the meeting. A governmental body may hold a closed session only to the extent a closed session is necessary for any of the following reasons: i. To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session.
