    replace deceased member James Daily) – term to expire January 2026.
11. Discuss for possible selection and approval of Council Member to fill required Council
    representative on Donovan Board (to replace Mary Pech).
12. Discuss for approval the setting of a public hearing for Wednesday, February 21, 2024
    at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers at the Belle Plaine City Hall for Amendment #1 to the
    current FY24 budget (mostly due to grants and the hail storm).
13. Discuss for possible approval RFP for CDBG-DR Grant Cycle #2.
