replace deceased member James Daily) – term to expire January 2026. - Discuss for possible selection and approval of Council Member to fill required Council
representative on Donovan Board (to replace Mary Pech). - Discuss for approval the setting of a public hearing for Wednesday, February 21, 2024
at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers at the Belle Plaine City Hall for Amendment #1 to the
current FY24 budget (mostly due to grants and the hail storm). - Discuss for possible approval RFP for CDBG-DR Grant Cycle #2.
