b. Bills List Totaling: $17,981.91 - Council Action
a. 2nd Reading and possible waive of 3rd reading of Resolution 2024-001, increasing garbage rates effective February 1, 2024
i Residential Increase: $2.67 a month and $1.00 increase a month per yard of dumpster.
b. Publication of city full-time employees 2023 Salary.
c. Approval of Robert Fisher Law Firm for the City Attorney until 12/31/2025.
d. Approval of Keri Touro as City Clerk.
e. Approval of EMC/LB Anderson Insurance
f. Approval the following board and committee members:
i Benton Development Council Representative and term.
ii Recreation Board Council Representative and term.
iii Benton County Landfill Council Representative and term.
iv Approval of 2 Year term – Zoning Administrator.
v 5 year term – Kim Etscheidt on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
vi 5 year term – Karen Gessner on the Zoning Board of Adjustments.

i. Employee Handbook Change: Compensatory Time-Off –No employee can store more than 80 hours. Change to read: 160 hours can be stored, and employee is allowed to take time off as long as it does not disrupt essential business operation.
j. Subdivision Ordinance – discuss possible additions.
