10. Discuss for possible approval Resolution #24-02-04; A Resolution requesting addition of several streetlights.
11. Discuss for possible approval Resolution #24-02-06; A resolution adopting a water leak
    forgiveness policy.
12. Consideration of a motion to sign a mosquito control contract for 2024.
13. Discuss for possible approval renewal of a Special Class C Retail Alcohol License with ownership updates for Benton County Brewing Company, LLC, 708 12th St., Belle Plaine,
    Iowa.
14. Discuss for possible approval Resolution #24-02-07; A resolution proposing to dispose of real property and publishing a notice of public hearing.
