BENTON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF POST-ELECTION AUDIT

Pursuant to Code of Iowa Sec. 50.51, the Secretary of State’s Office has ordered a post-election audit of the March 5, 2024, Special Benton Community School Election for the Eldorado/Newhall vote center.

The Benton County Auditor’s Office will conduct this audit on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The audit will take place in the Auditor’s Office in the Benton County Courthouse, 111 E 4th Street, Vinton, IA. Said proceeding shall be open to the public
