5. Council Action
   a. Resolution 2024-0010 Sale of property owned by the City of Newhall.
   b. Scoreboard for ball field
   c. Tree located at 508 1st Street between sidewalk and street.
   d. Chip/Rock William Way between Main Street and 1st Avenue.
   e. Vicious Dog Ordinance
   f. Ditch on 7th Avenue – corner of 1st Street – will we be leveling out the ditch – the company that worked on streets never returned the ditch to its previous level.
