from the public during public input time. You are required to approach the podium and
state your name and address for the record and to limit the time used to present your
remarks in order that others may be given an opportunity to speak. The order of business
is at the discretion of the Chair. The meeting may be recorded.

   Removal Project #WWTP01.

8. Resolution to approve the search agreement with Express Employment Group –
   Specialized Recruiting Group, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
9. Resolution approving Control System Upgrade for the Outdoor Warning System
   (OWS) units owned by the City of Atkins for the amount of $7564.95, in partnership
   with Benton County EMA, City of Shellsburg Iowa and City of Urbana Iowa.
