Benton had 48 yards passing. Carson Nolan was 1 for 3 for 46 yards and one interception. Eli Patterson was 1 for 2 for two yards.

Benton rushed for 196 yards. Logan Upah had one Darry for 13 yards. Brody Timmerman had one carry for three yards. Nolan had two carries for -6 yards. Dylan LeFebvere had 22 carries for 139 yards and three touchdowns. Patterson had three carries for 47 yards.

Evan Martin had one catch for two yards. Dawson Rozek had one catch for 46 yards.
Grant Volesky had 11.5 total tackles with seven solo.

LeFebvere had two interceptions, including a return of 78 yards for a touchdown. Brody Zimmerman had one kick return for 41 yards. Owen Van Ahsen had two returns for 53 yards. Elias Bieschke had one return for 53 yards.

Logan Upah had one punt return for nine yards. Timmerman had two returns for 25 yards.
Elijah Kupka had five kickoffs for 237 yards. He was 23 for 3 for points after touchdown. He had two punts. For 56 yards.

Coach Jeff Zittergruen. said, “We were able to battle through some adversity Friday after having a good start to the game. We played a very solid 4th quarter and were able to get out with a road win. Friday we have the opportunity to play against a good football team at home and are looking forward to improving this week in practice to get ready for Solon.”

Benton hosts Solon (5-0) on Friday Oct. 4, in Van Horne, at 7:30 p.m. On Friday, Oct. 11, they host Grinnell (4-1) at 7:30 p.m. On Friday, Oct. 18, they travel to South Tama (0-5) at 7:30 p.m. They host Williamsburg (4-1) to close the regular season on Friday, Oct. 25, at 7:30 p.m.
