1. Call to order and roll call by Mayor Bruce Visser.
2. Closed session pursuant to Iowa Code section 21.5(1)(i) to evaluate the
   professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring,
   performance, or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent
   needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual
   requests a closed session.
3. Possible motion to authorize travel expenses related to interviews for city
   administrator candidates.
4. Adjournment.

   $6,747.06 for a total purchase price of $73,447.06.
5. Resolution approving Contract Amendment No. 1 with ECICOG to provide FEMA
   grant administration support for debris removal for a not-to-exceed amount of
   $4,500.

   Ridge Developing, LLC.
