BLAIRSTOWN COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS –November 11, 2024

The regular meeting of the Blairstown City Council was held Monday, November 11, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Metz, Becker, Dellamuth and Hagen. Absent: Davidson.

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kubichek.

Motion made by Hagen, seconded by Metz to approve the agenda as read. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Dellamuth to approve the October 14 minutes. All Ayes.

Motion made by Dellamuth, seconded by Metz to approve the October Financial Reports. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Hagen to approve a Liquor License for the Blairstown Quick Stop. All Ayes.

Motion made by Dellamuth, seconded by Metz to approve Resolution 24-12: City Street Finance Report Approval. All Ayes.

Motion made by Hagen, seconded by Metz to approve Resolution 24-13: Urban Renewal Report Approval. All Ayes.

Motion made by Dellamuth, seconded by Metz to approve Resolution 24-14: Annual Financial Report Approval. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Dellamuth to approve a building permit for Jason Dennler for a shed, with a variance allowing shed to exceed maximum dimensions allowed in restricted residential area. All Ayes.

The monthly Maintenance Report was given.

Discussion was held about security camera replacement at the community building.
