The regular meeting of the Keystone City Council was held Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 6:00 pm. Roll Call members present: Andresen, Hennings, Janss, Monson and Stoner. Absent: none. Also Present: Jamey Clemann, City Superintendent. Mayor Mark Andresen called the meeting to order.
After a correction made to the November 7, 2024 minutes to add the following motion: Motion made by Andresen, second by Janss to approve the Resolution 11-04-24 2024 Year End Transfers. Motion carried. All voted aye. motion made by Monson, second by Hennings. Motion carried. All voted aye.
Motion made by Anderson, second by Janss, to approve the November treasurer report. Motion carried. All voted aye.
Motion made by Andresen, second by Janss to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. All voted aye.
