G. COMMUNICATIONS

H. OLD BUSINESS

  1. Action/Discussion on PPEL/Save Projects

I don’t have anything at this time. We are still waiting on the doors.

I. BUSINESS ITEMS

1. Approval of Employment of Personnel

I don’t have any at this time, but I may have a preschool teacher by the meeting.

2. Action/Discussion of 4 Day School Week for 25-26

I am recommending that we move to a 4 day school week. I believe it’s the best option for our community and student population and the data and surveys I believe reflect that.

3. Action/Discussion on Board Priorities and Progress

Review board priorities and progress.

4. Action/Discussion on Hiring Realtor for Selling House

I am recommending that we hire a realtor to sell our house. Bob Storm has assisted the district in the past and done a significant portion of it without compensation. He would certainly need compensation this time, but I am pretty sure he would give us a discounted rate. I would like to move forward with hiring him to sell the house.

5. Action/Discussion on Longfellow Playground

This is here to move forward on improving the elementary playground.

6. Action/Discussion on Approving Students for Graduation

We will have a list of likely graduates for the board to approve at this meeting. Remember that they must meet graduation requirements even after approval. If someone falls short, he or she doesn’t graduate.
