    minutes from the March February 25th meeting of the Belle Plaine Community Library
    Board of Trustees, and bills received.
  5. Resident Comments
  6. Request for public hearing by Taylor Hunn regarding a nuisance notice received at
    1007 6th Avenue, Belle Plaine, Iowa.
  7. Shawn Lueth, Fehr Graham – Introduction of new primary engineering contact
  8. A. Discuss for possible passage of the first reading of Ordinance #25-1 which
    would amend the Code of Ordinances of the City of Belle Plaine by amending the
    provisions pertaining to Chapter 160 – Floodplain Management.
    B. Discuss for possible approval to waive the second reading of Ordinance
    #25-1, an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances by amending the
    provision pertaining to Floodplain Management Chapter 160.
  9. Discuss for possible approval Resolution #25-05-02; a resolution authorizing the
    execution of Amendment #2 to the contract with ECICOG for CDBG-DR grant
    administration and project delivery services for the Moore Building.
  10. Discuss for possible approval Resolution #25-05-04; a resolution to approve the
    Economic Development Assistance Contract between Frontier Co-op, the IEDA, and
    the City of Belle Plaine.
  11. Discuss for possible approval Resolution #25-05-05; a resolution to approve
    request for payment under CDBG Contract #20-DRH-014 to Iowa Main Street
    Investments LLC for General Accounting Expenditure (GAX 15) in the amount of
    $60,382.42
  12. Discuss for possible approval that the following proposal be placed on the next
    city election ballot: “Shall the following public measure be adopted? The total
    number of Belle Plaine Community Library Board members shall be 7 members, with
    no more than 3 being non-residents.”
  13. Review sidewalk letters and discuss for possible approval Resolution #25-05-03;
    a resolution regarding sidewalk repairs.
  14. Motion to approve a request from Nancy Weise to use the City Parking Lot for
    Farmer’s Market every Friday from 4pm-6pm for June thru mid-October 2025.
