PROCEEDINGS –April 14, 2025 The regular meeting of the
Blairstown City Council was held
Monday, April 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.

Members present were Metz, Beck-
er, Davidson, Dellamuth and Hagen.

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kubichek.
Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Metz to approve the agenda as read. All Ayes.

Motion made by Dellamuth, seconded by Davidson to approve the March 10th minutes. All Ayes.

Motion made by Hagen, seconded by Dellamuth to approve the March 24th public hearing meeting minutes. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Hagen to approve the March 24th minutes. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Dellamuth to approve the March Financial Reports. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Hagen to approve the following submitted and added bills. All Ayes.

was given. Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Hagen to approve Zach Schmidtz to the ambulance crew. All Ayes.

Motion made by Dellamuth, seconded by Davidson to approve Shane Moenck to the ambulance crew. All Ayes.

The monthly Fire Report was
given.

The monthly First Responders Report was given.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Hagen to approve a building permit for Joel Thys for a parking lot. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded Becker to approve a building
permit for Jim Pecenka for a building and fence. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Davidson to approve a building permit for Maria Hernandez for a deck cover. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Becker to approve a liquor license for Chilango’s Mexican Restaurant. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Dellamuth to open a public hearing at 7:16. All Ayes.
Discussion was held about the FY 25-26 Budget. Motion made by Dellamuth, seconded by Davidson to close the public hearing at 7:20. All Ayes.

Motion made by Metz, seconded by Hagen to approve Resolution 25-04: Approval of FY25-26 Budget. All Ayes.

Motion made by Davidson, seconded by Becker to approve Resolution 25-05: Street Closure. All Ayes.

The monthly Maintenance Report was given.

Public Participation: discussion was held about stray cats in town and water treatment procedures.

No further business, meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
