A public hearing will be held by the Benton County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 at 9:15 A.M. in the Conference Room, located at the Benton County Service Center, 811 D Ave, Vinton, Iowa to consider a request for permission approval for a non-agricultural land use on the following generally described property:

A part of Parcel A in the Northeast One-Fourth (NE1/4) of the Southeast One-Fourth (SE1/4) of Sec. 9, T83N, R9, West of the 5th P.M.

The purpose of the request is to change the status of the approximate one (1) acre to a non-agricultural use. Specifically, for a residential use.
