Board Members Present: Becky VanWey, Sam Hunter, Dan Hill, Randy Scheel, Mike LaGrange
Supervisor Liaison: Tracy Seeman
Staff Present: Will Souer, Shelby Williams

1. Call to Order at 5:29 pm by VanWey
2. Discuss/Action Consent Agenda – Motion to approve by Scheel, seconded by Hill. All aye, motion passed.
3. Guests or public participation (kept to a maximum of 3 minutes, the Board will not take any action on public comments at this meeting but may do so in future meetings). – None

   a. Discuss/Action Tree Canopy Grant – motion to post bids by Hill, seconded by LaGrange. All aye, motion passed.
