City Council Regular Meeting
August 25, 2025 – 6:00 PM
Mayor Boddicker opened the regular meeting at 6:00 PM.
Roll Call: Council Presen: Rinderknecht, Cross, Messner, Seeck
Approval of the Agenda: Motion by Rinderknecht, 2nd by Messner approving the agenda, all aye, motion carried.
Department Reports:
Public Works: Working on quotes for north lift station control panel; Kathy Williams dirt work is complete; gravel was purchased and distributed on the road to burn pile and sewer plant.
Parks: Bylaws are still under review
Library: Cold Blooded Reptile program is 9/13 at 11am at main park.
BC Landfill: Treasurer resigned.
Consent Agenda and Bill Consent: Motion by Seeck, 2nd by Messner to approve the minutes from August 11, 2025, and bills totaling $29,088.08, all present yes, motion carried.

Council Action:
a) Motion by Rinderknecht, 2nd by Seeck approving Erica Klett to the Fire Department, all yes, motion carried.
b) Motion by Rinderknecht, 2nd by Messner approves April and Keri to hire a computer person to assist them with upgrades to their computers and setting up new ones, all yes, motion carried.
c) Motion by Messner, 2nd by Seeck approving Diamond Doctors to make repairs to field as quoted for $2250 a field, all yes, motion carried.
d) House in town were discussed. Legal papers were presented by the mayor for Boots house that has been abandoned and neglected.
Adjournment: At 6:30 PM, Seeck moved to adjourn, Messner 2nd, all present aye motion carried.
