NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the Benton County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, at 9:15 A.M., in the Conference Room, at the Benton County Service Center located at 811 D Ave, Vinton, IA, to consider a request for permission approval for a non-agricultural land use on the following generally described property: A part of the Southeast One-Fourth (SE1/4) of the Southwest One-Fourth (SW1/4) of Sec.17, T82N, R9W West of the 5th P.M.
The purpose of the request is to change the status of the approximate one (1) acre to a non-agricultural use. Specifically: for a residential use.
The applicant is: Scott Schulte, 515 Main St, Norway, IA 52318
You may appear if you so desire either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed change of land use, or you may submit written comments.
