NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held by the Benton County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, at 9:15 A.M. in the Conference Room, at the Benton County Service Center, located at 811 D Ave, Vinton, IA, to consider a request for permission approval for a non-agricultural land use on the following generally described property: A part of the West One-Half (W ½) of the Southwest One-Fourth (SW1/4) Sec. 4, T82N, R12, West of the 5th P.M.

The purpose of the request is to change the status of the approximate two (2) acres to a
non-agricultural use. Specifically: For a residential use.
