NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held by the Benton County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025 at 9:15 A.M. in the Supervisor’s Conference Room at the Benton County Service Center located at 811 D Ave, Vinton, IA to consider a request for permission approval for a non-agricultural land use on the following generally described property: A part-of the Northeast One-Fourth (NE14) of the Southeast One
Fourth (SE1/4) of Sec. 7, T86N, R9 West of the 5th P.M.
The purpose of the request is to change the status of the approximate one (1) acre to a non-agricultural use. Specifically: For a residential use.
