Aubrey Kelly led Benton with 16 points. Talulah Schroeder had six rebounds. Ann Embretson had two assists. Kelly had three steals. With one block each were Schroeder and Hailey Suiter.

Hayden had one block.

Friday, Dec. 12 2025, at Van Horne

Benton 40, West Delaware 26

Benton was 15 of 48 for field goals, 8 of 28 for three-pointers and 2 of 2 for free throws. They had 22 rebounds, 11 assists, 11 steals, one block, and 15 turnovers.

West Delaware was 19 of 46 for field goals, 6 of 17 for three-pointers, and 8 of 19 for free throws. They had 24 rebounds, 11 assists, 10 steals, one block and 15 turnovers.

Brody Timmerman had 13 points and five rebounds for Benton. Jack Lange and Carson Pickering had three assists each. Kaleb Haydn and Pickering had three steals each. Hayden had one block.

Benton travels to Mount Vernon on Tuesday, Dec. 9, and hosts Solon on Friday, Dec. 12.

Benton hosts Mount Pleasant on Monday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m. It is Hall of Fame Night. Benton travels to Vinton-Shellsburg on Tuesday, Dec. 16, and travels to Grinnell on Friday, Dec. 19.
