BLAIRSTOWN COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS –December 8, 2025

The regular meeting of the Blair- stown City Council was held Monday, December 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Metz, Moenck and Becker. Absent: Davidson and Hagen.

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kubichek. Motion made by Metz, seconded by Becker to approve the agenda as read. All Ayes. Motion made by Metz, seconded by Becker to approve the November 10th minutes. All Ayes. Motion made by Becker, seconded by Metz to approve the November Financial Reports. All Ayes. Motion made by Metz, seconded by Becker to approve the following submitted and added bills. All Ayes.

The monthly Library Report was given. Motion made by Metz, seconded by Moenck to approve roof repair on the community building. All Ayes. Motion made by Metz, seconded by Becker to approve the food pantry in the entry way of the community building. All Ayes.

The monthly Fire Department Report was given. The monthly First Responders Report was given. Information was given on Text my gov. Motion made by Metz, seconded by Becker to approve the purchase of a new meter reader and software. All Ayes Motion made by Metz, seconded by Becker to approve splitting the bid from Kinzenbaw Earthmoving 50/50 for the removal of the bus barn after school board approval. All Ayes

The monthly Maintenance Report was given. Discussion was held about the community building sidewalk and possible replacement. Motion made by Metz, seconded by Moenck to approve employee incentives as follows: Wagner $750, Fisher $750, Metz $500 and McNulty $500. All Ayes.

No further business, meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
