9. Approval of Resolution #26-03-02; a resolution setting a date of meeting at which it is proposed to approve a development agreement with Frontier Distribution LLC, including annual appropriation tax increment payments.
10. Approval of Resolution #26-03-03; a resolution fixing a date of meeting for public hearing on the receipt and approval of proposals for the disposal and development of certain city-owned real property in the Belle Plaine Urban Renewal Area.
11. A. Discuss for possible passage of the first reading of Ordinance #26-1; an ordinance providing for the division of taxes levied on taxable property in the November 2025 Addition to the Belle Plaine Urban Renewal Area, Pursuant to Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa.
    B. Discuss for possible approval to waive the second reading of Ordinance #26-1; an ordinance providing for the division of taxes levied on taxable property in the November 2025 Addition to the Belle Plaine Urban Renewal Area, Pursuant to Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa.
    C. Discuss for possible consideration and adoption of the third and final reading of Ordinance #26-1; an ordinance providing for the division of taxes levied on taxable property in the November 2025 Addition to the Belle Plaine Urban Renewal Area, Pursuant to Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa.
12. Approval of Resolution #26-03-01; a resolution on setting a public hearing on delinquent animal (cat & dog) licenses.
13. Approval of Resolution #26-03-05; a resolution on setting a public hearing on delinquent chicken licenses.
14. Discuss for possible approval a contract for porta-pot rentals for 2026.
15. Discuss for possible approval Resolution #26-03-04; a resolution approving the transfer of funds.
