Bloomsbury Farm proudly announces that the 2019 edition of its annual 10-acre corn maze will feature The Iowa Donor Network and their 50th anniversary logo.
Bloomsbury Farm will also be hosting their first annual “The Great Pumpkin Run” on September 21st – where they will be partnering with The Iowa Donor Network for. They will be donating a portion of each ticket that day to the organization as a fundraiser.
Karen Petersen, owner of Bloomsbury Farm, states: “We feel extraordinarily proud to be presenting The Iowa Donor Network in our 10-acre corn maze this year! Their mission and vision is to inspire everyone to give the gift of life. Featuring them in our corn maze was something we felt could represent our shared commitment to helping those in need, and of course allow us to give back to such a great cause.”
At the event on September 21st, we will also have a very special guest that will be at the Farm that day. Michael Kutcher, who grew up with his brother Ashton and family outside of Amana, Iowa, will be presenting after the run. Michael was a recipient of a heart transplant at just 12 years old and will be speaking about how he got through many obstacles in his life and hopes to inspire others with his story.
