    f. New Printer for City Hall – We currently have a jet printer and a laser jet printer at City Hall. Water bills can only go through the laser printer because of the weight of the paper. Jet printer supplies are 3 times as much as the laser jet printer. Fire Department is in need of a new printer. Would like to give them the jet printer at City Hall, and purchase a laser printer that will fax, scan, print, copy, and print color when necessary to replace both printers.
Currently have two printers because of need to print water bills on laser and other printer allows me to scan, fax, copy and print in color. HP Sales Rep said 2 printers meet my desired criteria. M479FDW ($509) and the MFPM577F ($1658).
    g. LB Anderson Agency – Review of Content limits in Buildings – Any Changes Needed? Review Coverage and Deductibles on Vehicles
