    a. Minutes From: June 8, 2020
    b. Bills List Totaling: $19,477.15
  6. Council Action
    a. Property Located at 312 6th Street, owned by Eric and Holly Ethier would like it noted in the minutes that they are aware of their fence being located in the easement to the north of their property, they would also like it noted that they are aware that if a utility service is required to travel in this easement it will be their responsibility to rebuild the fence. They also have noted that they are in the process of moving the fence that it located over their property line and on to the property of Merlyn Schanbacher at 308 6th Street.

    k. Fireworks – What are our plans
    l. 1st Reading of Resolution 06182020 removing “The two (2) members of the first of the first board appointed by the Board of Supervisors shall serve terms of not less than one (1) or more than five(5) years, as designated by said Board, provided that such terms shall not expire in th same year” from Board Of Adjustments Handbook, Section 13.05, #1,
    m. Quote from Tim Hamilton Concrete to repair patch that Prairie Road Builders does not want to do – area is 28x28x7 – they will need to tear out and replace – $5,880.00
