    b. Approval of FY19 Urban Renewal Report
    c. Approval of changes to Golf Cart Ordinance and to proceed to posting for readings.
    d. Approval of 2nd reading and possible waive of 3rd reading of resolution 06182020 removing “and two (2) members appointed by the Board of Supervisors of Benton County, Iowa.” and “The two (2) members of the first of the first board appointed by the Board of Supervisors shall serve terms of not less than one (1) or more than five (5) years, as designated by said Board, provided that such terms shall not expire in the same year” from Board Of Adjustments Handbook.
    e. Motion needed to request quotes for FY21 Maintenance work for vehicles that the city maintenance workers are unable to perform.
    f. 1 hour or 2 hour parking sign(s) requested by Newhall Family Chiropractor for in front of their building. Cars are being parked all day in front of their building after countless requests to the locker. They have patients who required to park up the street, most businesses, like the chiropractor have a building and a parking area.
    g. ATV Chapter 75 – do we want to revise or make changes? Registration?
    h. Benton Community Schools is asking for the trees at 1st Avenue and 2nd Street to be trimmed, they are rubbing on the top of the bus.
    i. Tree located at 510 1st Street needs to be taken down.
