Summer Food Service Program is extended to December 31, 2020 for Belle Plaine School

The Belle Plaine Community Community School District is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided to children ages 0-18 in the Belle Plaine School District. These meals will be available beginning September 11, 2020 through December 31, 2020, or until government funding runs out. The meals are picked up and provided at the Belle Plaine High School Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 to 10:30 a.m. If you would like to participate in this program e-mail Kelly Clark at kclark@belle-plaine.k12.ia.us.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
