  6. Public Hearing Concerning the Building inspection at 620 7th Avenue. Possible decision will be made.
  7. Belle Plaine Business Incentive Grant Program: Discussion with Doug DeMeulenaere of Garling Construction concerning the grant program. Possible Council action.
  8. Discussion of granting an extension to Bryan Carlson at 1507 6th Avenue a 60-day extension to vacate the residence.
