The EV History Center invites you to …

The English Valleys History Center is offering “Our Garden Walk” on Saturday, July 10 at 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (with a rain date of July 11).

Visitors are invited to tour the Lynn & Sherry Moffit gardens at 2705 Keokuk-Iowa Road, North English. The Moffit Gardens offer a stunning variety of lilies, along with a memorable colorful mix of shade and sun-loving plants.

The Scott & Bonnie Romine gardens at 518 S. Flory St., North English, will also be available for viewing. The Romine Gardens offer a wide variety of flowers and vegetables.

Also, visitors to North English can view the flower beds along Main Street and stop to enjoy the EV Veterans Memorial. There will be someone there to greet and meet those who stop by.

No admission is required for these tours, though free-will donations are appreciated. Any such funds will be used for community educational programming at the EV History Center.
