   Meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m.
   The following directors were in attendance: Directors Becker, Ludeking, Thompson, Werning and Upah, with Director Nolte arriving at 6:05. Director Stepanek was absent.
   A Quorum was declared present.
   Additional Attendees: Dr. Ewell, Dr. Bieschke (via Zoom), Dawn Morris, Laurie Donald, Deb Gorkow, George Ludeking, Tim Lyons, Anna Smith, Sarah Gorkow, Cindy Neis, Alicia Rausch, Kim Fisher, Anna Upah, Shawn Pfiffner, and Ryan Vavrock.
