Belle Plaine’s boys’ basketball team (4-0) picked up a SICL win at Tri-County (0-4) on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021, 58-31.

Belle Plaine was 24 of 49 for field goals, 1 of 17 for three-pointers, and 9 of 14 for free throws. They had 36 rebounds, 14 assists, 10 steals, five blocks and 12 turnovers. Ben DeMeulenaere led Belle Plaine with 24 points. Eli Ehlen added 10 points. DeMeulenaere also had 16 rebounds, four assists and blocked three shots. With three assists each were Wyatt Kuch and Eli Ehlen.

Belle Plaine travels to Sigourney (1-3) this Friday.
