Just a reminder that you still have plenty of time (till March 25) to nominate for Stars Over 70! 

If you know anyone who is a role model, mentor, or leader to others and is over 70 years of age, Stars Over 70 is a great way to honor their contributions!  It’s fast and easy to nominate someone. All you need to do is take a few minutes to visit our site (https://www.parkitvirtualmuseum.com/stars-over-70.html), download the nomination form, complete the form, and email it to parkitiowa@gmail.com or mail it to PO Box 291, Belle Plaine. 

Honorees will be interviewed and their stories captured by Belle Plaine Community Schools creative writing students and the Stars’ interviews will appear in the Star Press Union and will be displayed on Belle Plaine’s Main Street during the month of July.
