You are required to state your name and address for the record and to limit the time used to present your remarks in order that others may be given an opportunity to speak.    d. List of Bills for Approval
4. 2022 Series A Bond:
   a. Resolution 945 a resolution authorizing and approving a Loan Agreement, providing for the issuance of $875,000 General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2022A, and providing for the levy of taxes to pay the same.
5. Budget FY 2022 – 2023:
   a. Public Hearing regarding proposed City budget fiscal year 2022-2023.
   b. Budget Presentation
   c. Resolution 946 a resolution approving the City of Atkins fiscal year 2022-2023 budget.
6. Resolution 947 A resolution to approve Lynch Dallas to provide city legal services.
7. Mayor’s Update:
