The regular meeting of the Blairstown City Council was held Monday, March 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Metz, Mokas, and Becker. Absent: Hagen and Davidson.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kubichek.
Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Metz to approve the Agenda as read. All Ayes.
Motion made by Metz, seconded by Mokas to approve the February 28th minutes. All Ayes.
Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Metz to approve the February Financial Reports. All Ayes.

A public hearing was opened at 7:04 for the FY22-23 Budget. With no comment, written or in person the public hearing was closed at 7:05.
Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Metz to approve Resolution 22-05: FY22-23 Budget Approval. All Ayes.
Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Metz to approve the installation of a fountain in the flower garden at the park by the Blairstown Community Gardeners. All Ayes.
The monthly Ambulance Report was given.
The monthly Maintenance Report was given.
Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Metz to approve the rental of a pressure tank during the maintenance of the water tower this summer. All Ayes.
The monthly Library Report was given. Motion made by Mokas, seconded by Metz to approve Ashley Mitchell for the Library Board. All Ayes.
Motion made by Metz, seconded by Mokas to approve Ordinance 202: Renaming Water Debt Reduction Fee. All Ayes.
Discussion was held about the Wastewater Project.
No further business, meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
